To Process a Return
To return items, please ensure your return is within our return policy and meets all return requirements. After verifying this, please package the item either in its original packaging, or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment, as Skyloren does not assume responsibility for damaged items during shipment.
We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the returned condition. Please consider purchasing tracking or delivery confirmation, as Skyloren is not responsible for lost return packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to Skyloren. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on Skyloren’s behalf. After return is accepted, the customer will receive notification via email of their Skyloren store credit amount. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact Customer Service within 3 days of the package’s original delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted on in-store returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains
- Shoes without the original box
- Items with hygienic liners may not be returned if the liner has been removed or tampered with, at the discretion of customer service
